01 · The brand
A Cyprus shell selling euro bonuses to American players
The paperwork behind BoGamba predates the casino by more than a year. GO & FUN Corporation Limited was registered in Nicosia on 2 November 2021 as Cyprus private company HE 427386, giving a first-floor office in the suburb of Aglantzia as its address; bogamba.com followed on 31 May 2023, and the web archive first caught a casino trading there on 1 July 2023. What went live was a dark-teal lobby stocked from the mainstream aggregated catalogue – Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Push Gaming all front the archived game rows – with the about page claiming more than 5,000 titles and accounts offered in USD, EUR, NZD, CAD and NOK.
Where it sold itself was everywhere at once. The footer carried language toggles for Polish, German, Norwegian, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Australian and Canadian visitors, and the terms named roughly forty restricted countries – Albania to Zimbabwe – with the United States conspicuously not among them. American custom was not an oversight: review directories tagged the site as accepting players from Ohio, and the LCB forum carries first-hand reports from US members who deposited and then found state-by-state provider blocks in the game list. BoGamba’s own small print acknowledged the same reality from the supplier side, reciting NetEnt’s ban on serving its games to the United States. The operator’s terms never barred Americans; the software contracts did, title by title.
02 · The end
United States – a 1000€ offer in September, an error page by January
The casino’s decline ran through 2024 in the complaint threads before it reached the website. Withdrawal disputes accumulated at the aggregators through the year, forum posts reported the claimed Curacao sub-licence lapsing in August 2024, and players described slots throwing server errors and a support desk that had stopped replying while deposits still went through. The website itself kept advertising to the last: the web archive holds 27 captures of bogamba.com between July 2023 and March 2025, and the last of them to preserve a functioning casino, dated 4 September 2024, still carried its recruiting pitch in the page title:
The page title of the last archived live capture, 4 September 2024. No later capture shows a casino at the address.
Then the record goes quiet. The archive took no snapshot at all between early September 2024 and early January 2025, and LCB – which had carried the site while it traded – retitled its page “BoGamba Casino Closed In Dec 2024” and hung a closed banner over the listing. When the crawlers returned on 17 January 2025, what they preserved was a page whose entire visible content is the single word “Error”, and the March 2025 capture is no different. The precise day the lights went out sits inside that September-to-January gap; December 2024 is the directory date, and nothing the operator ever published narrows it further, because the operator never published anything at all.
03 · The licence
A claimed licence that no register will vouch for
On paper, BoGamba was a Curacao casino: the review directories that listed it carried a Curacao (CGA) sub-licence attributed to GO & FUN Corporation Limited, reportedly issued under one of the island’s old master licences. The claim frays on inspection. Casino Guru declined to credit any licence for the brand while it traded and treated it as effectively unregulated, while the casino’s own pages are strangely bare of the badge: archived copies of the site from May and September 2024 show a footer holding an 18+ icon, an affiliate-forum link and a copyright line, with no licence seal or validator anywhere on it. Most licensed Curacao operations wore their seal in the footer; this one showed nothing to click.
The registers available today settle what can be settled. The Curacao Gaming Authority’s current roll of online gaming licence holders, consulted on 15 July 2026, contains no GO & FUN Corporation, no BoGamba and no listing under the old 365/JAZ master arrangement the brand’s sub-licence supposedly hung from. The Cyprus side is thinner still: the company is real, but the registrar’s file shows no annual return ever recorded, and its status line has read “Reminder letter sent” since 9 February 2026 – the Cyprus registrar’s routine escalation against a company that has stopped filing, and often the last station before strike-off. The safest statement of it: a licence was claimed, no register now corroborates it, and the company that claimed it is a delinquent shell.
04 · The afterlife
No redirect, no rebrand – the address was simply abandoned
Other endings in this register left the dead brand’s domain working for somebody: one forwards to a sister casino, one to an offshore sportsbook, one to an affiliate network reselling its traffic. BoGamba’s afterlife is the fourth and emptiest kind. The address never redirected anywhere and no relaunch ever surfaced; it served its error page into 2025, and then the operator stopped paying for even that. The registration was allowed to lapse on 31 May 2026, and as of 16 July 2026 WHOIS shows bogamba.com in its registrar’s redemption period, its nameservers swapped to a holding pair at domainhasexpired.com. If the domain is ever seen alive again it will be because a stranger bought the expired name, not because the casino returned.
One caution belongs here. Player chatter grouped BoGamba with a cluster of similarly styled brands – Slootz, Voozaza, House of Spin and others – as a possible common network, but no register or filing ties those names to GO & FUN Corporation, and this record does not treat them as sisters. What is certain is narrower: no successor site ever claimed BoGamba’s players, balances or bonuses, and any page still describing the casino in the present tense is describing something that has not existed since 2024. BoGamba’s line now sits on CasinoGone’s ledger of offshore casino closures, entered among the unpaid endings.
05 · The money
Fifteen complaints, eight never resolved, and a promise of fast payouts
BoGamba’s about page, still readable in the September 2024 archive capture, made the pitch in bold type under the heading FAST PAYOUTS:
BoGamba’s own about page, as archived on 21 September 2024 – roughly three months before the casino was recorded closed.
The complaint file reads the other way. Casino Guru’s dossier on the brand logged fifteen player complaints, eight of them unresolved when the casino died, the file dominated by delayed and refused withdrawals. Two cases put names to the pattern: a German player, posting as shango108, whose EUR 1,000 first withdrawal went unpaid from 16 November 2023 until the support desk simply stopped answering; and a Ukrainian player, tohannn62, who won $3,500, received $2,000 of it, and spent about three months being refused the rest. On LCB, where members rated the casino 2.2 out of 5, a verified US player called the advertised cashout times “a clear lie”. The disputed sums recorded across the file ran:
EUR 10,300EUR 4,000$3,500$2,120EUR 2,000EUR 1,000
The terms did their part quietly. Withdrawals were capped at EUR 2,000 per week, every deposit had to be wagered three times before it could leave, and the KYC clause let the casino lock an account over a missed phone call. Honesty requires the one counterweight on file: a single LCB complaint thread was eventually marked resolved after the forum intervened. It is one case. Eight others never closed, the operator posted no wind-down notice, offered no settlement, and published nothing – then or since – about what became of the balances it held in December 2024. That is why this page marks the player funds unpaid: not as a totalled sum nobody can verify, but because the people documented as owed were still owed when the site went dark, and no mechanism to pay them ever existed afterwards.
What can still be done from here is short work, and most of it is about the record rather than the refund.
The chargeback clock ran out long ago: card issuers stop hearing billing disputes once a couple of statement cycles have passed. Every deposit BoGamba ever took is years beyond that, so the card route that sometimes rescues a fresh closure offers nothing here.
Crypto was final the moment it confirmed: the casino paid out in cryptocurrency and took it in, and no confirmed transfer in either direction can be recalled. Whatever left a wallet for BoGamba stayed gone from the first block.
A complaint to Curacao’s regulator: the Curacao Gaming Authority accepts complaints against operators, and filing one is free. Be clear-eyed about the limit: the brand does not appear on the authority’s current register, which leaves the complaint valuable as documentation and little else.
Chasing the company through Cyprus: GO & FUN Corporation Limited still legally exists as HE 427386, so a claim is theoretically possible – against a non-filing shell in the registrar’s delinquency queue, at a cost no stranded balance on this record would survive. It is a route on paper only.
These options, and the predators circling them, are set out in full in the recourse guide for money stranded offshore.
Stranded balances attract a second wave of predators. The FBI’s IC3 alert I-062424-PSA (24 June 2024) documented fake law firms targeting scam victims, with over $9.9 million in reported losses in a single year, and IC3 stated in August 2025 that it never works with private recovery firms and never contacts victims asking for money. The FTC’s rule of thumb is absolute: any upfront fee to recover money is itself a scam.
- Red flags: upfront, processing, tax or release fees; guaranteed recovery; cold DMs; a move to Telegram or WhatsApp; payment by gift card, crypto or wire; impersonation of law firms or agencies.
- Report fraud free of charge at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and ic3.gov.
06 · The questions
BoGamba Casino – questions players are asking
Q. Is BoGamba Casino still open?
No. BoGamba was recorded closed in December 2024 after roughly eighteen months of trading. The lobby was last archived intact on 4 September 2024, by 17 January 2025 the site served nothing but an error page, and the domain’s registration has since been allowed to expire.
Q. Did BoGamba pay players before it closed?
The complaint record says many were not paid. Fifteen complaints sit in one aggregator’s file with eight unresolved, including a EUR 1,000 withdrawal unpaid since November 2023 and a $3,500 win of which only $2,000 was ever handed over. No settlement or balance arrangement was announced when the lights went out.
Q. Was BoGamba Casino licensed?
It claimed a Curacao sub-licence through its Cyprus operator, GO & FUN Corporation Limited. Casino Guru declined to credit that licence while the site traded, archived copies of the casino show no licence seal in the footer, and neither the company nor the brand appears on the Curacao Gaming Authority’s current register of licence holders.
Q. Did BoGamba accept players from the United States?
Yes. Its own terms listed some forty restricted countries and the United States was not among them, review directories tagged the casino as accepting players from Ohio, and US members of the LCB forum posted first-hand accounts of playing there and hitting state-level game blocks imposed by individual software providers.
Q. What is at bogamba.com now?
Nothing. The domain never redirected or relaunched after the closure; its registration expired on 31 May 2026 and it currently sits in the registrar’s redemption period on placeholder nameservers. Any site that appears there in future would belong to a new owner and would have no connection to old BoGamba accounts.

How we verified this record
Every claim on this page is graded by how firmly the record supports it. “Confirmed” means more than one independent source agrees, or we saw it ourselves. “Observed” means we checked it directly on the date shown. “Unconfirmed” means it rests on a single report or a promise we could not independently prove.
