01 · The brand
A gummy-branded casino with corporate wiring
GummyPlay traded at gummyplay.com as a sweets-themed sweepstakes casino for American players, Gold Coin packages up front and a redeemable coin riding along behind. Its footer paired a dedicated brand-holding shell, MDP Media Group LTD, with the Cyprus operating company SWPMTECH LTD – the same two-company wiring found at every casino the group ran, which the Sweepium cluster record takes apart company by company.

02 · The promises
Two hundred professionals and a plan to lead the world
The same 27 June 2025 capture preserves GummyPlay’s about page, and it reads remarkably in hindsight. The company described itself as employing “over 200 creative and passionate professionals”, called the product a “fully authorized social casino”, and assured readers that “we work closely with legal professionals to ensure we follow all regulations in every region where we operate”. Its FAQ set the ambition higher still: “GummyPlay Casino is operated by SWPMTECH LTD… our goal is to become the world’s top social casino.”
Four days after that snapshot, by SweepsKings’ account, the payments stopped being reliable. Within three months the casino was winding down. None of the claims above can be tested now, and CasinoGone does not assert that any was false when written; what the record shows is the distance between the self-description and the outcome, measured in weeks.
03 · The collapse
United States – late payments in July, a goodbye in September
GummyPlay’s death had warning lights its sibling JuicyPopSlots never showed. Per SweepsKings, whose review has tracked the brand since the closure and was refreshed on 10 June 2026, payment problems set in from 1 July 2025; the operator’s team then informed partners and players in September 2025 that the casino was shutting down. That communication went to inboxes and dashboards, not to the public web – no version of it was ever archived, and the public homepage carried on as normal in the last capture. Whatever redemption arrangements the announcement described, players’ subsequent reports across the group say the money did not follow.
The end state here is more total than at any sibling. Four sibling casinos still serve farewell pages and one fails behind a proxy; GummyPlay’s name simply stopped answering to the internet’s address book. There is nothing left to screenshot – which is precisely why the June 2025 archive capture is this record’s load-bearing artefact.
04 · The money
The unpaid side of the ledger
GummyPlay is the one Sweepium casino with its own documented distress before death: reliability of payouts broke down more than 60 days before the September announcement. What happened to balances at the end was never set out publicly, no per-player amounts have surfaced for this brand, and the UNPAID marking rests on the group-wide pattern of unhonoured redemptions – a basis the record gives openly. Between the July payment reports and that pattern, nothing suggests GummyPlay settled up on the way out.
What works: your payment provider, not the ghost of the casino. If Gold Coin packages were bought by card or through a phone wallet, the failure to deliver what was sold is your issuer’s business to unwind.
The window: statement-based billing-error rights ran out roughly 60 days after each 2025 purchase; what remains is a CFPB complaint about how the issuing bank handled, or refuses to handle, the dispute.
What builds the record: FTC and state attorney-general filings. They rarely return money one player at a time, but they are how the July-to-September pattern becomes something a regulator can act on.
What fails: looking for the operator. There is no site, no support channel, and no successor answering for GummyPlay’s obligations anywhere on the public record.

Stranded balances attract a second wave of predators. The FBI’s IC3 alert I-062424-PSA (24 June 2024) documented fake law firms targeting scam victims, with over $9.9 million in reported losses in a single year, and IC3 stated in August 2025 that it never works with private recovery firms and never contacts victims asking for money. The FTC’s rule of thumb is absolute: any upfront fee to recover money is itself a scam.

Reviewed in 2026, unreachable since 2025
Checked against the search results on 14 July 2026, GummyPlay’s afterlife is busier than its death. One outlet has it right – the review that traced the July payment trouble and the September wind-down, kept current into June 2026. Around it sits a shelf of 2026-dated reviews describing sign-up packages, purchase bonuses and banking options in the present tense; one carried a mid-June 2026 update stamp while promoting a sign-up package for a website that no longer has an address. Nobody updating those pages appears to have typed the URL. A brand can lose its DNS entry, it turns out, faster than it loses its star ratings.
