01 · The casino

Eighty-five days from opening to gone

Bitspin365 opened on 1 November 2024. It was a crypto casino. Players deposited and withdrew in cryptocurrency rather than through a bank.

It held no licence from any regulator. Nobody has ever publicly identified the company or the people behind it. We searched for a company name, a parent, a director, an address, anything. There is nothing. That is not normal, even for this end of the market. Usually a shell company name is printed somewhere in the footer.

Crypto deposits and no named owner make a bad combination. Together they make a casino impossible to chase. A bank transfer leaves a trail through a bank that has to answer to somebody. A crypto payment to an unknown company leaves a trail to a wallet address. The trail stops there.

02 · The shutdown

A technical problem that never got fixed

On 25 January 2025 the site went offline and showed a short message. It said Bitspin365 was temporarily offline due to a sudden technical issue. It said further news would follow.

No further news followed. By March 2025 the site was still unreachable with no timeline for a return. According to players, support emails had already stopped being answered. This was about two weeks before that. The live chat was also down for long stretches.

The last time an archive service managed to take a copy of the site was 23 March 2025. Nothing has been captured since. That is a reasonable marker for when it stopped existing in any real way.

Players on the complaints forum reached a conclusion within weeks. They believed the technical problem line was an excuse. They thought an operator was taking the money and leaving. We are recording that as what players concluded. No operator has admitted anything. No authority has ever ruled on it.

03 · The money

Balances frozen mid-withdrawal

The complaint thread from January and February 2025 is the whole record here. It is a bad one.

One player reported a balance stuck in the account. It was roughly eighteen to twenty thousand dollars. He had finished the wagering requirements. He had not yet managed to cash out when the site stopped working. Another reported two thousand five hundred dollars locked in the same way. Several more had withdrawal requests. These were either refused or left sitting as pending when the site disappeared.

The timing is the worst part. These were not people who forgot to withdraw. These were people mid-process. They had done the wagering and asked for their money. Then the site stopped answering.

There is no route. No licence means no regulator. No named company means nobody to sue. Crypto deposits mean no card provider to ask for a chargeback. That combination is why we grade this one as money owed. There is no realistic prospect of recovery.

We could not check the address ourselves on 10 September 2026. Our request was refused before any page content could be read. That means something still answers there. But we cannot say what.

Three things should have worried players from day one. There was no licence, no named operator and crypto-only payments. Any one of them is a reason to be careful. All three together mean that if the money stops, there is nothing anyone can do.

How we verified this record

Every claim on this page is graded by how firmly we could check it. Confirmed means we saw it in the operator’s own notice. Or we saw it in a document that cannot easily be faked. Observed means we saw it ourselves. We saw it on the live site or domain, on the date given. Unconfirmed means it has been reported but we could not prove it.

What we checked, and what we did not. We read the complaints thread in full for the wording of the offline message, the dates and the reported balances. We confirmed the launch date and the absence of a licence against a listing service entry made when the site opened. We checked the public web archive to establish when the last copy of the site was taken. We tried to load the address ourselves on 10 September 2026 and were refused before reaching any content, and we report that rather than guessing what is there. We could not identify the operator at all. Last independently checked: 10 September 2026.
