HappyEnding was a US sweepstakes casino run by Gaming Social LLC. It started in December 2025 as the new name for an older site called Betcoin.Social. By August 2026 the website had stopped loading. No closing notice was ever posted. If you had Sweepstakes Coins on the site, there was no deadline and no way to cash out.

01 · The casino

One site, two names

HappyEnding did not start from nothing. Before December 2025 the same operation ran under the name Betcoin.Social. At the end of 2025 the players and the site were moved to a new domain, happyending.com, and the brand was renamed.

The coins had their own names. Fun Coins were the play-for-fun currency. Sweepstakes Coins were the ones that could be turned into real money. New players got a small amount of both when they joined. This is the same two-coin set-up used by almost every US sweepstakes casino, just with different labels.

The company behind it was Gaming Social LLC. We could not find any other casino brand tied to that company.

02 · The shutdown

How a site disappears without saying so

There was no announcement. No email quoted by players, no post on social media, and no notice on the home page. At some point in August 2026 the site simply stopped loading. Industry sites that track sweepstakes casinos marked it as gone once it had been unreachable for a while.

When we checked on 2 September 2026, happyending.com did not resolve. That means the address no longer points to any server. It is not a maintenance page or an error page. It is nothing.

A quiet closure like this is worse for players than a bad notice. A notice at least gives a deadline. Silence gives nothing, and it leaves people guessing whether the site will come back. Based on what we have seen, it will not.

The name change from Betcoin.Social to HappyEnding a few months before the end may just have been a rebrand. But a new name shortly before a closure can also mean the operator was trying to leave old problems behind. We cannot tell which it was.

03 · The money

If you had coins on HappyEnding

There was no cash-out window. Anyone with Sweepstakes Coins on the site when it stopped loading lost access to them. We have not seen a single public report of the company paying anyone after the site vanished.

We have also not seen a company statement, a liquidation notice, or any figures on how much players were owed. So our grade for the money outcome is Unconfirmed. It looks unpaid, but we cannot prove it with a document.

If you bought coin packs by card in the weeks before the site went down, ask your card provider about a chargeback. Say the service was withdrawn without notice. It may not work, but it costs nothing to ask.

Ignore anyone who offers to recover your HappyEnding or Betcoin.Social balance for a fee. There is no such service. It is a scam.

04 · The receipts

How we verified this record

Every claim on this page is graded by how firmly we could check it. Confirmed means we saw it in the operator’s own notice or in a document that cannot easily be faked. Observed means we saw it ourselves on the live site or domain on the date given. Unconfirmed means it has been reported but we could not prove it.
